The Storehouse Karengo and Kawakawa Table Seasoning is a blend of sea salt, kawakawa leaf and karengo. This luxuriant seasoning adds real pizzazz to all foods. Use freely on the table as a healthy alternative to salt and pepper. Particularly good when rubbed liberally over barbeque meats especially lamb, beef and chicken. Dip whole radishes into seasoning or sprinkle over grilled tomatoes, roast vegetables, salads, pork and watercress, caramelised kumara and orange salad, pasta, lasagne, risotto, polenta, rice, raw fish with coconut cream, marinated or steamed mussels and scallops.
